You’ve seen it. Your company announces a new AI workshop. There’s a calendar invite, a Zoom link, maybe even free lunch.

Then someone shares a deck full of theoretical prompts and demo tools you can’t actually use because they’re blocked, licensed, or simply irrelevant to how your PeopleSoft job works.
