2019 has been a fantastic year of growth for Opendoorz and 2020 promises even more opportunity. With 8 groups and over 70 members across Oxfordshire and Berkshire we’re looking for more Associate Directors to join us on this adventure!

With dynamic Directors Cathy & Sonia at the helm you’ll work alongside them to grow a new group, implementing the Opendoorz strategy and supporting the personal and business growth of its members. As a business owner already this gives you a great platform to grow your own business through building your connections and supporting others as well as having a bit of fun on the journey!

At Opendoorz, we do things a little differently and are known for our ‘grown-up’ approach to networking. In fact, we prefer not to call it networking at all because Opendoorz is so much more than that. We’re dedicated to helping our members businesses grow and develop through building strong, professional networks in a strategic and results driven way. At an Opendoorz meeting you’ll only find high calibre professionals: our members are all business owners, partners, or MD’s of companies.

Our Associate Directors are positive, self-motivated, highly organised business owners who can work effectively and collaboratively with a diverse range of professional contacts. To be an AD for Opendoorz you will need a natural ability and flair for connecting people, delivering presentations and building a network around you of trusted introducers, collaborators and strategic partners.

As well as a real opportunity to grow your own business, our Associate Directors are independent consultants who are paid a fee per active member within the group, so there’s great earning potential too.
