At nazaríes intelligenia, we love when a technical challenge turns into an opportunity to transform an industry. That was the case with an online preselection testing platform, originally conceptualized by a Dutch HR startup. A fully online software solution, developed from scratch by our team, that is revolutionizing the way companies evaluate and hire their future teams. 

The challenge 

The goal was clear and ambitious: to create a digital solution that would make recruitment processes more agile, objective, and effective, reducing bias and minimizing costly hiring mistakes. How? By replacing traditional CV screening with structured, data-driven assessments. 

The result: a platform already used by more than 1,500 organizations, capable of automatically ranking candidates according to their skills, motivation, cultural fit, technical competencies, and personal attributes. 

Our technological contribution 

We acted as the project's technological "powerups", leading both the development of the custom software and the design and implementation of the public website. The key was to apply our core expertise: strategic vision, scalable architecture, user experience focus, and technical specialization. 

The most powerful part is what you don’t see 

The backend, built with Django Rest Framework (Python), is structured into services deployed via Docker on AWS, allowing the infrastructure to scale and support over 3,000 concurrent users. The frontend is a single-page application (SPA) built in Angular (Typescript), enabling a fast, seamless experience across all devices.

These are some of the advanced capabilities that make this platform a game-changer in the recruitment sector: 

  • Automatic assessments with anti-cheating measures: random question selection, IP tracking, camera and screen captures every 5 seconds, full-screen testing, and multitasking detection. 
  • Real-time coding tests with execution support in over 15 programming languages. In addition to the final result, recruiters can analyze the candidate's reasoning process. 
  • Video response questions recorded directly in the browser and stored on Vimeo, offering insights into soft skills and communication. 
  • Smart integrations with top ATS platforms like Greenhouse and SmartRecruiters, as well as Stripe (payments), Hubspot (CRM), Mixpanel and Hotjar (analytics), SendInBlue (email), and Vimeo (video storage). 
  • Responsive design and navigation optimized for all devices, combining usability with a clean visual experience. 
  • Extensive test library including cognitive, technical, language, personality, and cultural fit assessments. 
  • Easy recruiter interface: from creating custom evaluations in seconds to comparing candidates in real time with detailed stats and filtering options.

The impact 

Thanks to this solution, companies have been able to save time, reduce bias, and make faster, more informed hiring decisions. The best candidates stand out for their potential—not their résumé. The platform not only evaluates but also learns and recommends the most effective tests based on the role. 

This project is a clear example of how we apply real innovation, scalability, user experience, and product vision to generate impact.
