What I Learned from the California Women’s Conference
Last week, I had the chance to be chosen to coach at the California Women’s Conference. As I immersed myself in a room filled with changemakers—Simone Biles, Jane Fonda, Padma Lakshmi—it was so interesting that at heart of each conversation, success was a byproduct but the heart was about reinvention, radical clarity, and the courage to carve a new way forward in spite of being afraid.
One theme kept emerging: the power of self-trust in uncertainty.
Whether you’re stepping into a bigger leadership role, pivoting industries, or reevaluating what fulfillment means, your next breakthrough won’t come from someone else’s POLARIS.
