The POWER OF GIVING

The POWER OF GIVING

I too indulge in the national wastage of time, called scrolling through reels on the social media.

I happened to say a new trend of reels where well to do guys just pick random children on the road and buy them fancy meals, clothes, shoes etc

Though for optics, or whatever, it got me thinking.

We were fortunate to have born to families which had the wherewithal to educate us, give us a good life and we are passing on that legacies to our next generations.

Have we for a moment thought of a scenario if we were born to parents who did not have that kind of means or any legacies to pass on?

Some might very conveniently attribute it to KARMA, which I do agree to some extent, but isn’t it also taught to us to share?

Think of a scenario where each one of us, when we are out of our houses, carry some food or clothes or footwear for these less fortunate brethren of ours and do one good deed a day.

Feed one hungry stomach

Clothe one human being decently

Protect one pair of legs

Give one hug of love

Just one.........
