As part of the Leadership Development focus of RMSLLC, we are now offering a new Leadership Development curriculum. A series of 7 lesson plans for new and existing leaders struggling to understand their role in the business and for organizations trying to align their leaders to the business. Each lesson studies a leadership type, evaluates stereotypical behaviors for that type and provides a game plan for progress to the type.
The seven types are collected in three groups.
Group 1 is about FACILITATING, ENGAGING AND MANAGING FOR PERFORMANCE
This 1 day course includes the 17 lesson plans for

• THE INSPIRATIONAL PRAGMATIC
• THE AUTHENTIC FACSIMILE
Group 2 is about LEADING AND ORGANIZING FOR CHANGE
This 1 day course includes the 9 lesson plans for
• THE PROGRESSIVE TRADITIONALIST
• THE COURAGEOUS REALIST
Group 3 is about BALANCING AND COLLABORATING FOR TRANSFORMATION
This 2 day course includes the 12 lesson plans for
• THE SOCIO-TECHNICAL PRACTITIONER
• THE WOODSHOP BUILDER
This 2 day course has a 1 day option with limited content for time restricted attendees.
