Stars on Their Shoulders, Futures in Their Hands ✨

On 28 th July, our Vibha team visited schools in Dabhoi, Gujarat—Pisai Primary School, Sunderkuva Primary School, and BRC Bhavan (Govt.Education Support Center) Dabhoi. This visit was more than observing classrooms, but about connecting with every stakeholder—students, teachers, mentors, and officials—who together are shaping the success of Vibha’s Foundational Numeracy initiative at the grassroots level.

Vibha as a Catalyst for Change :Through our partnership with Sikshana Foundation, Vibha is enabling a transformative approach to foundational learning in mathematics across 199 government schools. The Samyak Prerana model (Student Motivation) is built on peer-led groups, gamified modules, and motivation through stars and badges. This model helps children to gain confidence in math while building leadership and collaboration skills.

Vibha as a Bridge Between Stakeholders: We believe lasting change comes when everyone is invested. During the visit, teachers shared how peer-learning has boosted participation, while CRCs and block officers highlighted the importance of scaling mentorship support. Vibha’s role is to connect these voices, align systems, and ensure that children, teachers, schools, and communities move forward together.

Vibha as a Scaling Partner : The impact is already visible—2,500+ peer groups active, 10–20% improvement in learning levels, and children who are eager to attend school even when unwell because they don’t want to miss a chance to earn a star. With Vibha’s support, this model is scaling to reach 14,000+ children across Dahod, Vadodara, and Mahisagar districts in 2025–26.

💡 What We Saw Firsthand

  • Children leading their own learning journeys through Prerana Clubs.
  • Teachers co-creating a culture of confidence and curiosity.
  • Systemic alignment between schools, CRCs, and local authorities.
  • A model that is simple, scalable, and sustainable.

At Vibha’s core, while our mission is rooted in education, it goes beyond academics—it is about nurturing confidence, instilling pride, and shaping future leaders. None of this journey would be possible without the unwavering support of our partners, teachers, community stakeholders, and CSR champions who walk alongside us. Together, we are proving that when a child gains confidence in learning, they also gain the power to change their own future.

We invite CSR partners, and changemakers to join us in scaling this learning journey Together, let’s turn every child’s star into a brighter future.
