Unwavering Commitment: Celebrating Our Bank of America Teammates

This has been an unexpected year for everyone, filled with new challenges and obstacles. Through it all, Bank of America teammates across the globe, on every team, have stayed true to our purpose of making financial lives better through every client connection and interaction.

I am so proud of my teammates and want to thank you for your relentless dedication. At a time when many of our clients faced hardship, you came together to make sure every client received the support they needed, exceeding their expectations at every touchpoint. The past few months have brought new ways of working, and I am inspired by the way you have quickly responded to changing client needs to deliver personalized service and guidance. Whether you adapted to a new work-from-home environment, supported our small business clients through the Paycheck Protection Program or took on new responsibilities as one of the 15,000+ teammates who were reskilled to fill high-demand job functions, you worked efficiently and thoughtfully to deliver on our commitment to client care. Your dedication to our clients truly comes through in everything that you do.

As we celebrate National Customer Service Week, I want to recognize the outstanding work you have done to advocate for our clients and deliver the exceptional care our clients expect and deserve. At Bank of America, we serve 66 million clients, 26 million times a day, 10 billion times a year. Through each unique interaction, you have responded and listened to their needs to anticipate what they need, provide a personalized experience and offer our high-tech, high-touch solutions. Over the past few months, we have achieved an all-time high in client satisfaction—a testament to your hard work and unwavering commitment. Your focus on embracing a client-obsessed culture is what makes it all possible.

I value your contributions and celebrate your hard work not only this week, but all year long. Thank you for your flexibility, compassion and commitment to serving our clients. I am honored to work alongside so many talented professionals and look forward to all we will continue to accomplish together this year and beyond.

You guys are the absolute worst bank; you guys have the most fraud out of every other bank around. And your automated system sucks. Your employees don’t even have accurate information that they’re telling their customers. Pathetic. Once I get my money back I am leaving Bank of America for good and trust me I will make sure that everyone has a distaste for Bank of America is well!!!!
