Yesterday, my current company hit a milestone that my first company never reached.
And so did I.
Three years ago today, I took a chance on myself.
And after everything I’ve been through, I’m still standing.
Only July 20, 2023, I launched my second company —my very own company — Ella, into the world.
Yesterday marked a significant milestone—statistically, professionally and personally.
And I'm here to tell you the 10 lessons I've learned over these past three years.
