The response has been incredible - we're seeing new faces join our community as we continue to evolve and rebrand across our social platforms. As part of this transformation, I have taken stock of what has been working over the last five years and how incredible the success of my neuroscience-based framework for organic, lasting change has been, transforming the lives of many. This has led me to a rebrand and pivot to be clearer in my brain coaching. While psychological theory and practice are still a part of my coaching, focusing on brain coaching allows me to extend my audience beyond Florida and Virginia licensing states, offering more options to support in a more constructive, solution-focused manner.

The Family Roles That Follow Us Into Adulthood

Think you left your childhood family dynamics behind when you moved out? Think again. The roles we played growing up - the peacekeeper, the achiever, the rebel, the caretaker - often become invisible scripts that run our adult lives.

Maybe you're still the one everyone calls to fix their problems, or you find yourself automatically taking charge in every situation. These patterns aren't inherently good or bad, but awareness of them is everything. When we recognize these automatic roles, we can choose whether they're still serving us or if it's time to write a new script.
