EDWARD DE BONO
Six	Thinking	Hats	is	a	very	simple,	effec8ve	parallel	thinking
process	that	helps	individuals	be	more	focused,	produc8ve,	and

You	and	your	team	members	can	learn	how	to	separate
thinking	into	six	clear	func8ons	and	roles	using	“thinking	hats.”
Each	thinking	role	is	iden8fied	with	a	colored	symbolic	thinking
hat.	By	mentally	wearing	and	switching	"hats,"	you	can	easily
focus	or	redirect	thoughts,	conversa8ons,	or	mee8ngs.
