This video shows a process for turning waste paper into edible mushrooms. Waste paper is soaked, sterilized and inoculated with mushroom spores. The paper is then placed in growing trays and kept in a warm, humid environment where the mushrooms grow directly from the paper over the course of around 10 days, after which they are harvested.
