- 9. What is custom software? If you want a particular software for your need ,then you may use programmers to develop custom design software for you, which usually cost more than packaged software.
- 10. What is web application ? It is a web site that allow users to access software from any computer connected to the internet.
- 11. What is open source ? You can use and do modification on open source Usually can be downloaded free of cost.
- 12. What is shareware ? It is a copyrighted software that is distributed free of cost for a trial period.
- 13. What is Freeware? It is a copyrighted software provided at no cost by an individual or a company that retains all rights to software .
