Five Main Take Aways
1. Robot functions can’t just be deployed in the cloud and
expect everything works fine; too many issues arise.
2. Simulation environments for testing and V&V are essential
in the intelligent and autonomous robots assurance.
3. Robot fleet operations management (re-deployment,
monitoring, provisioning) are key for(cloud) robotics.
4. Future cloud robotics applications are decentralized
distributed AI (D2AI) systems (systems of systems, CPSoS).

Simulation environments for testing and V&V are essential in the intelligent and autonomous robots assurance. 3. Robot fleet operations management (re-deployment, monitoring, provisioning) are key for(cloud) robotics. 4. Future cloud robotics applications are decentralized distributed AI (D2AI) systems (systems of systems, CPSoS). 5.
