TYPO3 is an open source content management system (CMS) and framework built with PHP and TypoScript. It has a large community that contributes to its growth and supports enterprises with over 350 clients. TYPO3 allows for multilingual websites, multisite management, file management, workflow tools, and granular access permissions to manage complex websites.
