Your certificate is due to expire on 09/02/2017. Fair Trading will provide you with the necessary Renewal/Restoration form approximately four weeks before this date. However, if you do not receive this form two weeks prior to the certificate’s expiry date, the onus is on you to contact Fair Trading to request another copy of the form. If you do not renew your certificate by the expiry date, your certificate will expire. An expired certificate of registration can be restored only during a three month restoration period after its expiry date. If your certificate does expire it will be an offence for you to be, represent as, act as or exercise any of the functions of a certificate of registration holder if you do not hold a current certificate under the Act.
