- 2. PROJECT DETAILS Project Title : OPTIMIZED TRAFFIC SIGNAL SCHEDULING USING VEHICULAR Ad-hoc NETWORK Description : Current traffic signal scheduling is based on a pre-timed slotted manner. This has some disadvantage of making a vehicle wait for a long duration even when there are no vehicles passing at the other way. This can be optimized by allocating the green time of the signal in an efficient manner. Information from vehicles is got and the efficient allocation can be done based on an algorithmic manner.
