Engineer in Alien Energy Pvt. Ltd. It is involved in LED Lighting (Indoor Lights and
Outdoor Lights) and Energy Audit.
 MAJOR DUTIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 To design and develop led based luminaries including all the integral parts like led drivers, led
secondary optics, led Luminaries heat sinks and diffuser.
 Prepare PCB Design for All types of LED PCB and Driver PCB.
 Undertake the development related to LED Lighting which includes Product concept, Product design,
Design validation, Manufacturing process and Testing & proving.
 Prepare Documents for all types of lights.
 Handle some times Production Management.
 Handle Designing of LED Drivers.
 Handle Operation management.

Title : High-Power Factor Fly-back Converter for LED Driver with FL7732 PSR Controller.
Description : High-power factor fly-back converter is an AC-DC converter for operating LED’s lights. It is a
highly integrated PWM controller. This topology enables simplified circuit design for LED
lighting applications. It provides to enhance of low-power, high power factor and low THD,
constant on-time control utility. And it is also has the various protections like, open-LED
protection, under-voltage lockout, short-LED protection, over voltage protection and over
temperature protection.
Duties :
Testing on oscilloscopes, defining & executing bring up, Functional Test & verification
procedures.
Environmental Testing, Lumen Testing, Endurance Testing.
CE, RE, HV, IR & Susceptibility test on driver.
Drawing up the Bill of Materials & working with vendors to procure the components for
prototype builds.
Software requirement: Protel DXP for PCB Design, Corel Draw.
Hardware requirement: Transformer, Power MOSFET, Capacitors, Resistors, FL7732 IC.

Description : High-power factor fly-back converter is an AC-DC converter for operating LED’s lights. It is a
35W wide-range mains input, power factor corrected SMPS (switched mode power supply)
suitable for all low power application requiring High Power factor. This topology enables
simplified circuit design for LED lighting applications. It provides to enhance of low-power,
high power factor and low THD, constant on-time control utility. And it is also has the various
protections like, open-LED protection, under-voltage lockout, short-LED protection, over
voltage protection and over temperature protection.
