Before we jump into your professional development plan let me briefly introduce you to our company. School Improvement Network was founded over 20 years ago by two educators looking to help themselves and their colleagues improve in the area of teacher effectiveness. Ever since our start we have never lost sight of that purpose. We believe in two very important principals:100% of Students being College & Career Ready100% Teacher EffectivenessWe believe like those of you in this room that every child deserves the right to be taught by an effective teacher under the guidance and direction of effective administrators. To that end for over 20 years now we have been developing resources, tools and services under the guidance of educators that are proven to an impact on student achievement and teacher effectiveness!
