Always available, always honest in your opinions, and informative about every step of the process, you made what can be a trying time into the easiest selling experience I have had so far (and I’ve had a few). Your positive ‘can do’ attitude was especially appreciated, as was your sense of humour and cheerful smile – particularly on the first few open for inspections, when the weather was so bleak.
