This document provides instructions for populating reviewers in a service request workflow using runbook automation activities. It outlines 6 steps: 1) selecting a runbook from the library, 2) creating a new template and selecting the service request class, 3) filling out the service request form, 4) adding runbook automation and review activities using a plus sign, 5) adding a second review activity and filling out the review form, and 6) adding a new user runbook if the request is approved.

Afterthat we go to templatesfromrighthandside tab“Create New Template”:
- 2. Fill inthe Name andselectClassas Service Request(use Browse). 3. Nextwe will be directedtothe service requestform, fill itaccordinglyasperthe request:
- 3. 4. Nextmove ontothe ActivitiesTab:Thisiswhere we addthe runbookautomationactivitiesandreviewactivities. Activitiesare addedusing the Plus sign.. First activity as seenabove isadded like this thisthe dynamicallypopulate reviewer’srunbook:
- 4. Go to runbook tab and map prompts. ActivityIdmapping
- 5. AD Group Name Mapping: 5. Secondactivity is the reviewactivity and is addedas shownusing same plussign:
- 6. Whenwe selectthis we are promptedto the reviewactivity form: Fill this accordinglyand choose the votingcriteria leave reviewersfieldblankthat would be filled automatically by the runbook. 6. Lastly we add the newuser runbook, once the requestis approvedby the approvers. RunbookfillsthisArea
- 7. Go to Runbook Tab and Map Prompts (Note:The Text1 , Text2 ….Prompts are automatically mapped when making runbook we justmanually mapped the ID fieldinthe firstrunbook): Sample of auto mapping:
