What is the role/function of each of the rooms?
How does the team in each room undertake its work?
What is the nature of the interrelationship between the
various rooms?
How can the work of each of the rooms be enhanced?

Youth alert and analysis team, computer-literate, for the collection of data from field observers via
OpenESR
The statistician, the database manager, web portal and social networks moderator
Headed by a Coordinator (Computer specialist), it regularly reports on the voting as well as incidents
Recruited election, legal, gender and disability, political, media analysts/experts
Activity managers: civic education, media monitoring, electoral violence monitoring
They receive incident checklists, analyze and interpret them before transmitting them to the Political Room
They prepare drafts for reports, statements, and press releases
Legal persons recognized for their probity and impartiality
Representatives of donor agencies and EMBs
They are responsible for key issues related to the electoral process
If needed, they refer to EMBs or their representatives, politicians, and the media to provide adequate
solutions
