    skills via team-based projects which produce
    portfolio pieces to help job seekers demonstrate their
    real-world skills to hiring companies. We build niche
    communities of networked job seekers who possess
    the latest and most necessary skills for success in
    their chosen careers
Our Model
Learners pay a fee to access courses which are built
around obtaining skills necessary for success in their
chosen career field. There is also a core curriculum of free
team-based project courses which can be completed
multiple times (with different results each time due to nature
of project based courses) to learn business skills essential
to any industry. Companies can sponsor projects which
help them to solve real-world challenges and/or identify
talent with desired skills. Learners, over time, accumulate
and store on-site rich portfolios which demonstrate their
value as potential employees to hiring companies. They
also, via working in teams on projects, are able to explicitly
network with others in their and complimentary industries,
which gives them an edge when seeking employment.

Our core revenue structure
We offer courses and packages of courses for a
one-time fee to Learners. They can also
choose tiered subscription options which allow
them fuller access to course materials and offer
them additional benefits such a portfolio

Companies can choose to sponsor courses and
projects, which are then offered to Learners for
free or at greatly reduced rates. In addition we
offer a core curriculum and portfolio storage for
free so that our community has value to all job

Findings

    we found that our underlying business model has value and in its pivoted
