THE INTERNET HAS BEEN ON ONE OF THE MOST ADVANCED PIECES OF
TECHNOLOGY THE LAST HUNDRED YEARS.
THE INTERNET HAS REVOLUTIONISED THE COMPUTER AND COMMUNICATIONS
WORLD LIKE NOTHING BEFORE. FROM THE INVENTION
OF THE TELEGRAPH, TELEPHONE, RADIO, AND COMPUTER, THIS HAS SET THE
STAGE FOR THIS UNPRECEDENTED INTEGRATION OF
CAPABILITIES.
FROM THE BEGINNING THE INTERNET HAS SHOWN BROADCASTING CAPABILITY,
A DEVICE FOR INFORMATION AND A CHANNEL FOR A
WAY OF WORKING TOGETHER AND INTERACTION BETWEEN INDIVIDUALS AND
COMPUTERS WITHOUT LOCATION BEING A FACTOR.
THE INTERNET HAS SHOWN THAT IS HAS BEEN ONE OF THE MOST SUCCESSFUL
INVENTION AND WITH ALL THE RESEARCH AND
DEVELOPMENT THAT HAS BEEN CREATED WITHIN THE INFRASTRUCTURE THERE
IS NO END OF POSSIBLES OF WHAT CAN BE CREATED

Companies like Google have recently introduces a Chatbot that mimics a real voice that can take
bookings at restaurants and its amazing of how accurate it is.
A Chatbot can go from Analysing the User Request, What they require to identifying large volumes of
data, of what they require and them compose response and then answering your question all without
human intervention.

TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENTS ON
CONSUMER BEHAVIOUR.
In this new era with technological advancements, the market has seen a massive shift in
consumer behaviour. As a result of this people are driven by consumer behaviour, most
companies face a challenge to meet client expectations. Because of the this, consumer behaviour
seems to be more influenced by internet-enabled smartphones and tablets.

All in all, we have seen the development of technology and its effect on buyer conduct. The

are powerful and authoritative and it seems that is going to be around for a long time to come.
