• TCS came into being in 1983 .
• TCS brand has evolved with 34 years of the innovations into a
symbol of trust & reliability.
• This it does through a wide network of “500+" franchises, " 425
" retail outlets, more then 300 agents and over 2000 online and
offline locations nationwide
• TCS has 1 dedicated chartered plane Boeing 737 and over 230
fully equipped modern satellite-tracked ground vehicles, 2700
plus couriers and more than 6000+ experienced people
About Chairman and Co-Founder
Chairman Mr. Awan is co-founder and
Chairman of TCS.
A mechanical engineer by education,
Mr. Awan and TCS, are subject of a
Harvard Business School Case Study on ‘International
Entrepreneurship’ - included in the MBA curriculum for the
past six years.

• The TCS courier service has large no of Branches across the
country.
• Having its own airplanes and operates them on their own licenses
• Having research and development department
• The TCS courier service having 55% shares in Domestic Market

• TCS has no formal contracts with delivery persons.
• TCS still relies on international partners for its overseas
operations.
• TCS has not been able to continue point of delivery I.T. Support
System.

• TCS has only two Transit hub for whole country, so They
Should increase the Central Hub in Peshawar and Multan.
• They Should start their business at least in the middle east, They
already have good brand name in this region.
• TCS should Make Alliance with other companies for increase
the efficiency and make their brand name globally.
• They should dispatched their parcel them self in those countries
where they already have their own express centers.
