We will be looking at: Lateness Uniform Homework Equipment And more...
Excuses   Excuses are the tools of the incompetent. They are used to build monuments of nothingness. Those who specialize in their uses are seldom capable of anything else.   Therefore at Catford High School there will be no excuses.
In other words, excuses are what incapable people use in times of trouble. So don’t be a person that makes up excuses, be the person who makes a change .
Lateness There will be no excuses to being late.
Lateness You should be in the school premises at the latest of 8.45. When the pips go you should be in your form class. There wont be no 8.55 or 9.00 coming in otherwise you will be marked in late. No excuses. You must set a good example for your fellow peers.
Why should you be early ? To represent our school So you don’t miss out on your learning To show responsibility _______________________________________ If you were constantly late for your job, what do you think will happen? Exactly ... That’s why you should be early
If your not here you can’t learn. Which means: no job, no money and no sports car
Home work, class work What’s the difference? The difference is that home work is for home and class work is for class so get it right First time On time
Is it that Hard To Put On The Correct Clothes?
Which one of these would you employ due to their appearance? Picture 2 Picture 1
Equipment Bring your equipment What would happen if a doctor did not bring his or her own equipment to work ? People would be in pain until they remembered! You must have your books, pencil, ruler, rubber, sharpener, and pens... NO EXCUSES.

Does Kaka or Cristiano Ronaldo, the worlds best footballers forget there football boots or shin pads. NO! Michael Jordan was cut from his high school basketball team, and he lost hundreds of games and missed thousands of shots during his career. But he once said, “I have failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.”
Everyone knows this famous African American man. But at the end of the day, the circumstances of your life – what you look like, where you come from, how much money you have, what you’ve got going on at home – that’s no excuse for neglecting your homework or having a bad attitude. That’s no excuse for talking back to your teacher, or cutting class, or dropping out of school. That’s no excuse for not trying.
School! Oh no I hear you groan I think I'd rather stay at home But think again for you may find In years to come you're left behind So always keep the golden rule Do your best and go to school. For time is short and it's not funny To find you have no job, no money. School is fun, improve your mind And in the future you will find You're not the one that's left behind
