Please note: if the original USB hdd is encrypted by some special software like WD smartware, this one cannot be fixed by our tool so far. After users are able to connect the USB hard drives and handle on it and finally able to image the USB hdd to a good target hdd, users may not extract the data as well due to the encryption and at this time, users need to use the original PCB board including the main controller ic and U14 chip to decrypt the image. So users need to have very sufficient soldering skills and very careful and patient data recovery attitude.
