Past project experience DDLS has managed large projects for the Department of Defence where up to 60 trainers, instructional designers and support staff worked on the design, development and delivery of 17 different courses for an audience of more than 25,000 people across 51 sites in Australia. The project also required DDLS to manage more than 15 sub-contractors. DDLS was engaged to complete a complex Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for ACT Health followed by the design, development and delivery of role based interactive e-Learning modules and role specific workshops. The workshops were delivered to a pool of health professionals for ongoing delivery to the business. Deliverables included: • Project management; resource management; stakeholder management • Budget; project plan; review and approval workshops; manage timeline and scope • Analysis of system (job roles, functional specs); run subject matter expert workshops; user acceptance testing • e-Learning modules (storyboards, design and development); learning management system requirements • Instructor led activity based workshops for doctors, nurses and pharmacists – task and system specific Role-based interactive e-learning Large scale Government projects

Past project experience DDLS partnered with RPMGlobal (a premier supplier of software, advisory consulting and training services to the mining industry) to enable them to create effective online training courses. This involved: • Providing expertise in eLearning authoring software selection • Training RPM in the use of the selected authoring software • Creating eLearning templates for PRM's Professional Development and Software online training courses • Creating initial content to fast track development of RPM's Mining for Non-Miners (online) training course • Designed and developed customised training packs for: 5 x 2 hour sessions, 2 x 1 hour sessions, 1 x day session. Each pack contained Facilitator slide deck with notes, session plan, run sheet and quick reference guides. • Conducted a train the trainer for 6 DDLS trainers (nationally) and then delivered a pilot followed by 32 days of training across Australia. Training included PwC change champions, in excess of 1500 staff, training logistics, travel and stakeholder management Systems rollout to PwC Australia Online training course creation

Case study Australian Department ofDefence Under the Australian Government ICT Apprenticeship Program the Department of Defence has an annual induction of junior members who are looking to enter the IT industry. Industry recognised certifications are achieved through the program from such vendors as Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL and PRINCE2. As part of the development of these new members, Defence offers an extensive training program incorporating technical, process and professional development training by DDLS Duration: 6 Years ICT Apprenticeship Program
- 32. Case study Microsoft DDLS worked collaboratively with Microsoft to build a number of programs in duration from 3 to 5 days. The target audience includes cloud administrators, developers and architects. Learning outcomes provides participants with the skills to deploy cloud technologies. The program has been delivered nationally by DDLS trainers to over 1000 participants. Due to the success of the program, the program was then repeated to Microsoft’s high potential accounts as part of a global project. Duration: 2 Years Cloud collaboration
- 33. Case study National Australia Bank DDLS has been working closely with NAB the last 2 years to ensure all NAB employees are skilled in the latest technologies. This has been in conjunction with the NAB Cloud Guild in delivering Private and Customised DevOps Foundation training and Private and Customised Microsoft Azure Developing Technologies with NAB and Microsoft. DDLS has a collaborative approach in working with our Training Partners, from Microsoft to AWS and the DevOps Institute which provides NAB with the assurance of the latest offerings in the market.
