to consider in crafting a
Communication Strategy
1. Who is your Audience?
Millennial, Boomer, blue collar and white
collar employees all communicate and
learn differently.
2. Do you have visible Executive Support?
Employees are more likely to read communication from
an internal leader than from a third party vendor.
3. Will employees
open the
letters and emails?
From email subject lines
