• #6: 本案例体现了创新管理的几个要点，值得强调的是创意管理流程和产品开发流程。不管是突破式创新还是渐进式创新，创新就是创造出消费者愿意掏钱购买的东西。案例介绍了一个创意管理流程，其中激荡创新想法的方法非常简单，即问卷管理。这个简单的流程帮助“创想家们”对创意进行彻底思考，对市场、消费者、竞争对手，以及创意与公司现有能力和战略匹配度等问题提供基本信息。第二个启示是在产品开发早期做好功课。很多公司都想做市场第一，所以草草上马项目以早日将产品推向市场。但是，我在研究中发现，早期做足功课实际会加快产品上市，因为做足功课能够避免后期出现重大问题。好的创意管理和早期做好功课使得产品开发过程变成了一个漏斗——成功概率小的想法和产品概念被剔除，留下的是富有市场潜力的创意。总之，流程对于产品开发非常重要，它起到了两大重要作用（我称之为2R）。第一个R 是反应能力——流程要明确细节，即不同时点需要完成什么，以及判断成败的标准；第二个R 是严格——公司对开发活动了解明确，因此可以对团队的行动是否有效达标进行严格考评。ａｐｐｌｅ：　ｔｏｐ－ｄｏｗｎ？
