This research paper presents a method to determine performance measures in fuzzy queuing models with unreliable servers, using triangular and trapezoidal fuzzy numbers for arrival and service rates, as well as breakdown and repair rates. The ranking function method is employed to convert fuzzy values into crisp numbers, allowing for classical performance measure formulas to be applied. A numerical example illustrates the application of this method in a railway reservation context, emphasizing its practical utility in decision-making for queuing problems.
