This document discusses an improved routing scheme based on Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) for Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN), comparing it to the Destination-Sequenced Distance Vector (DSDV) protocol. The proposed method aims to enhance communication efficiency by optimizing path selection while considering factors such as energy, packet loss, and communication delays. Results from MATLAB simulations indicate that the ACO-based approach effectively generates optimized paths in the network.
