Few major new announcements were made, but refinements to 4K TVs, glasses-free 3D, Android/Windows tablets, ultrabooks, 3D printing, and connected fitness devices were highlighted. Mobile phone announcements shifted to Mobile World Congress in February. Samsung, LG, Sony, and Panasonic showcased advances in TV display sizes and form factors while emphasizing app usability. Tablets running Android and Windows 8 were exhibited alongside "phablets" and Ubuntu phones. 3D printing, connected cars, headphones, and gaming devices rounded out
