willingness to give one’s time and
energy to something that one
believes in, or a promise or firm
decision to do something or be loyal,
or an attitude to work very hard to
do or support something.

commitments, some
of which may
overlap and even
contradict each other.

development. Ex. Personal

etc.

Still others are hesitant,
cannot sustain or simply
do not wish to make

uninteresting or undesirable;
2. Unfavorable circumstances
ex. It’s not my priority,or
limited time availability.
3. Dislike responsibility and
accountability; and,
4. Personal attitudes ex. Low
self-regard, easily
discouraged, etc.
