Code of Conduct Letter from the President As an expanding, multinational company, the Dometic Group is dedicated to build a reputation as a responsible company no matter where in the world we operate or are doing business. The Dometic Group business principles reflected in this Code of Conduct serve as guidance for all of us in all our activities (including manufacturing, distribution and sales). It is of outmost importance for us to be a responsible em- ployer and a good corporate citizen. All our activities must at all times be conducted with respect and consideration for human rights, health and the environment. Guiding principles & General requirements 1.1 Guiding principles The Dometic Group supports and respects the following main international ethical guidelines: • The United Nations Universal Declaration on Human Rights • nternational Labour Organization Declaration on Fundamental Principles I and Rights at work • United Nations Global Compact • OECD’s Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises 1.2 General requirements All companies within the Dometic Group shall operate in full compliance with relevant laws and regulations applicable to their operations and employment in the countries in which they operate. This is the minimum requirement in all sections of this Code of Conduct. The requirements of this Code of Conduct apply to all employees, of- ficers and Board members of the Dometic Group, in all markets and at all times. Thus, as an employee, you must be aware of the Code of Conduct and comply with it. Managers are responsible for implementing and informing employees of their rights, duties and responsibilities under the Code. Suppliers to the Dometic Group shall agree to comply with this Code of Conduct. If suppliers use subcontractors for the production of Dometic Group products, it is the responsibility of the supplier to require that the sub- contractor complies with the provisions in this Code of Conduct. On request, the supplier shall be able to inform us which subcontractors they use. 3
- 4. Code of Conduct 2. Human rights Employment 2.1 Human rights The Dometic Group supports and respects the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights. We will always make sure that we are not complicit in human rights abuses. The Dometic Group will not tolerate any illegal child labour in any form. All business units shall therefore follow general recommendations issued by, for example, the International Labour Organisations’ declaration, (ILO) for each respective country. If a child is found working at a production site, Dometic Group strives to achieve remediation that does not worsen the child’s social situation. Dometic Group will not tolerate forced or involuntary labour in any form. This includes bonded labour and other forms of working against one’s own will or choice. 2.2 Employment/Workplace Practices Our Group strives to be a preferred employer of both current and potential employees. All employees shall be provided with a safe and healthy working environ- ment. Dometic Group strictly adheres to all applicable laws and regulations relating to workplace health and safety. Any incidents or potential safety is- sues must therefore be immediately reported to local management. All employees shall be treated according to his or her abilities and quali- fications in any employment decisions, including but not limited to hiring, advancement, compensation benefits, training, lay-offs and termination. Employees shall not be subject to corporal punishment or to physical, sexual, psychological or verbal harassment or abuse, or any other conduct prohibited by law. Wages, including overtime and benefits, shall equal or exceed the mini- mum level required by applicable law and regulations in each respective country. Dometic Group shall honor all laws regarding compensation and hours of work. The Dometic Group respects the employee’s rights to form, join or to refrain from joining employee associations. No employee should be subject to intimidation or harassment in his or her peaceful exercise of these rights. 4

Business principles 3.1 Anti-corruption The Dometic Group shall not participate in or facilitate any kind of corruption, including extortion and bribery, at all times. 3.2 Relations with Business partners and Customers The Dometic Group shall exercise fairness in all dealings with its business partners. The Dometic Group shall not offer customers and potential custom- ers, or any representatives of such entities, any rewards or benefits in violation of either applicable laws or reasonable and generally accepted business prac- tices. Likewise, employees must not accept gifts, benefits, reimbursements or entertainment that could affect, or even appear to affect, the objectivity and professional judgment of the employee. 3.3 Accounting and Reporting All financial transactions by the Dometic Group must be reported in accor- dance with generally accepted accounting principles as set forth in applicable accounting policies, and as provided in local laws and regulations. Account- ing records must show the nature of all transactions in a correct and non-mis- leading manner. The Dometic Group is committed to ensuring transparency in its financial reporting at all times. 3.4 Conflicts of Interest Employees may not engage themselves, with or without compensation, in activities outside the Dometic Group that might conflict or appear to conflict with the Dometic Group’s interests, without approval from the employee’s manager or in accordance with the Grandfather principle. Dometic requires that employees immediately disclose situations or transactions that reason- ably would be expected to give rise to a conflict of interest. 3.5 Political Involvement The Dometic Group observes strict neutrality with regard to political parties and candidate and will thus not make any contribution or payment, directly or indirectly, to political parties, committees or to individual politicians. Employ- ees may not make any political contribution on behalf of our Group or through the use of corporate funds or resources. 3.6 Competition The Dometic Group supports the principles of free enterprise and fair competition as the basis for business development and in- novation. All companies within the Dometic Group shall compete on the market in a manner that is both ethical and fair, without engaging in any inappropriate activities or unfair trade practices. 5
- 7. Code of Conduct 4. Environment The Dometic Group strives, at all times, to improve the environmental perfor- mance of our activities and products and to prevent any harmful effects on the environment. All activities and products should comply with regulations and demands made by authorities as well as by customers. The Dometic Group is committed to the efficient use of natural resources and to sustainable devel- opment. This means efficient use of materials and energy during the design, production, purchase, logistic, use and disposal of all our products. 5. Reporting You are encouraged to report any conduct, that you believe, in good faith, to be a violation of laws or this Code of Conduct to your manager or via the whistleblower procedurei. If your manager is involved in the situation that you wish to report or cannot or has not adequately addressed your concerns, you are requested to report to a manager of higher rank. Managers are expected to seriously address the issue and work to ensure a satisfactory resolution in alignment with applicable law and/or this Code of Conduct. There is no risk of retaliation or other negative consequence for persons reporting in good faith.
