- 2. Virgin Wines are looking for a Senior Web Designer to lead our enthusiastic and over-worked Norwich based design team. The role requires a leader to really drive the brand in new and exciting directions, always thinking & challenging brand awareness online. Your main duties will include managing a small team, focusing on driving new design ideas to help increase sales, design & build of promotional emails and web pages, animated banners, printed promotional material, a bit of this and a lot of that! Ideally you will need... · a strong eye for design · the drive to succeed & help increase sales · skills in html, css, Photoshop and Dreamweaver (basic print, flash & video editing would be an advantage) · to be interested in developing your skills · experience to manage a small team & workload Salary upto £28k + bonuses depending on experience. - 3. Pay rate: $750 Per Day Coordinate the change management process for the environment and respective Technology teams. Conduct the release management process for the quarterly and interim releases. Working closely with the Project Managers, the Test Team and external vendors to ensure the release and implementation planning, scheduling, execution and reporting is completed in a quality manner. Coordinate the usage of test environments (Development, System Test & UAT). Ownership and continual improvement of the change and release management process. Create and maintain the Release and Implementation plans, schedules, calendars, and status reports. Report status and metrics during each Release and Implementation phase to the Business and Technology Project Manager. Work with vendors supplying services to ensure services delivered are of an acceptable level. Ensure that the 'Change' relationship with other areas is maintained. This role must coordinate with Change Management stakeholders to ensure that the appropriate staff Meetings, and liaise with Change Management to ensure the release dates don't clash with other requested implementations Experience Actively looks for and participates in process improvement Excellent understanding of change and release management practices. Understanding of Internet and website technology Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships Solid understanding of the IT development lifecycle, processes and structured methodologies including development of Release and Implementation strategies / plans. Advanced written and verbal communication skills Excellent planning, organisational, time management and negotiation skills Effective leadership, coordination and team motivation skills Actively looks for and participates in process improvement

Fantastic Role This is your chance to put your name up in lights and be a part of innovative and ground breaking work in the digital arena as a web designer . You will be the forefront to creating leading edge designs for one of the most highly regarded publishing companies in the Sydney marketplace to date. As a web designer you will be responsible for bringing publications to life, creating an interactive portal for the consumers of the product. You will create usable, assessable interfaces and user experiences for the site. As a web designer you will be working with the sales and marketing team to develop and design appropriate solutions that will maximize the usability for their products and services. To be successful for this web designer role you must have: at least 2 years experience working on tier one sites that are creative and functional. A working knowledge of user interaction design and information architect Experience designing for CSS and .NET Excellent skills using Photoshop, Image Ready and Illustrator, with a familiarity of In Design. Although not essential for this web designer role , it would be advantageous for you to have experience with and an understanding of Flash, action scripting, digital video editing and streaming video for the web
