My: SMART Goal= Build a bobber!Specific-

Realistic-
Timely-Find  a Yamaha XS650, project bike, and make a bobber/chopper. By progress and time put into the build process.I did find a bike, and I have begun tearing it down to rebuild.I am very willing and able b/c I want to ride it in the spring.It is a realistic goal to have it running and riding by early or mid spring depending on finances.
Influences for successIt’s a challenge and motivation find, buy or make partsThat I really enjoy weldingWhen I get finished for the night working on my bike, I am happier and energetic.Improved mental healthAnd the use of enabling factors like my skills of fabricating and painting.

By progress and time put into the build process.I did find a bike, and I have begun tearing it down to rebuild.I am very willing and able b/c I want to ride it in the spring.It is a realistic goal to have it running and riding by early or mid spring depending on finances.

  • 8. Resources: Friends and FamilyBeforeAfterThis is the bike after I stripped it down, cut off the old rear section and welded on a new Hard-tail. This is the bike completely stock
  • 9. Progress:Since I didn’t start working on this bike till right before this class started, I have been putting in a few hours 2-3 times a week. Spending a lot of time researching, locating parts, and coming up with ideas.As well as budgeting my money to go towards this project bike, I try to buy one thing for it each week, or $50-$100 each week.
