- 9. ProQuest contains multiple databases of over 5,000 publications across a wide spectrum of subjects.
- 10. Full text is available through the Full Text link or the Get It button.
- 11. CQ Researcher
- 12. CQ Researcher is a collection of reports covering controversial political and social issues.
- 13. CQ Researcher is a great way to get an overview of a topic. Background information, timeline, current situation, and future outlook are included for each topic. Pro/con feature sums up opposite views. Annotated bibliography gives additional resources in books, journals, newspapers, and scholarly reports. CiteNow button makes using reports as sources quick and easy.

- 15. Similar to CQ Researcher, Opposing Viewpoints also covers controversial topics.
- 16. Opposing Viewpoints has specialized “Viewpoint Essays” that sum up a particular argument.

- 21. Gale Virtual Reference Library contains specialized encyclopedias in a wide variety of subjects.

- 25. The CAT is the University Libraries’ online catalog, with access to Books Journals and magazines Electronic resources CDs and DVDs Theses and dissertations Maps Music scores

- 27. The tutorial is available in both Flash and PDF versions, and printed versions are available at the front desk of the library here on campus.
