Users log into the software and are divided into roles that define their permissions. The default front page after login displays production ready for dispatch where the user can enter quantities and click a button to create despatches. Saving an invoice makes further modifications or deletions impossible and requires compulsory printing, with extra copies printed after saving labeled as not for tax credit. Invoices can be customized and printed on any printer. The software includes reports that can be customized by an admin and tools for monthly closing and authorizing goods inward notes.

- 1. Login to Mysoft Showing Users. Users are Divided into roles which define the permissions in software
- 2. Default Front Page after Login
- 3. Applying Date Filters to Front Page
- 7. This screen shows all Production done and ready for despatch. Put the Qty to be despatched and click on create despatch button.
- 8. We need to be careful while saving as after saving no modification or deletion of invoice is possible. Also, after saving invoice is compulsorily printed.
- 9. After saving, if printing is done, it only prints Extra Copies which are “NOT FOR CENVAT CREDIT” printed on them. Invoice format can be customized as per requirement and can be printed on any printer
