Propose a Workshop Cloud computing is a normal evolution of distributed computing combined with Service-oriented
architecture, leveraging most of the GRID features and Virtualization merits. The technology foundations
for cloud computing led to a new approach of reusing what was achieved in GRID computing with support
                                       from virtualization.
         Information for Sponsors
CLOUD COMPUTING 2011 is intended as an event to prospect the applications supported by the new
General Information paradigm and validate the techniques and the mechanisms. A complementary target is to identify the
open issues and the challenges to fix them, especially on security, privacy, and inter- and intra-clouds
                                       protocols.
         Touristic Information
We welcome technical papers presenting research and practical results, position papers addressing the
Hotels and Travel pros and cons of specific proposals, such as those being discussed in the standard fora or in industry
consortia, survey papers addressing the key problems and solutions on any of the above topics short
Call for Papers papers on work in progress, and panel proposals.

Committees Industrial presentations are not subject to the format and content constraints of regular submissions. We
expect short and long presentations that express industrial position and status.
         Tutorials
Tutorials on specific related topics and panels on challenging areas are encouraged.
Program The topics suggested by the conference can be discussed in term of concepts, state of the art, research,
standards, implementations, running experiments, applications, and industrial case studies. Authors are
Camera-ready invited to submit complete unpublished papers, which are not under review in any other conference or
journal in the following, but not limited to, topic areas.

The technology foundations for cloud computing led to a new approach of reusing what was achieved in GRID computing with support from virtualization. Information for Sponsors CLOUD COMPUTING 2011 is intended as an event to prospect the applications supported by the new General Information paradigm and validate the techniques and the mechanisms. A complementary target is to identify the open issues and the challenges to fix them, especially on security, privacy, and inter- and intra-clouds protocols. Touristic Information We welcome technical papers presenting research and practical results, position papers addressing the Hotels and Travel pros and cons of specific proposals, such as those being discussed in the standard fora or in industry consortia, survey papers addressing the key problems and solutions on any of the above topics short Call for Papers papers on work in progress, and panel proposals. Committees Industrial presentations are not subject to the format and content constraints of regular submissions. We expect short and long presentations that express industrial position and status. Tutorials Tutorials on specific related topics and panels on challenging areas are encouraged. Program The topics suggested by the conference can be discussed in term of concepts, state of the art, research, standards, implementations, running experiments, applications, and industrial case studies. Authors are Camera-ready invited to submit complete unpublished papers, which are not under review in any other conference or journal in the following, but not limited to, topic areas.
