SUMMARY

Transcription:
mRNA goes into the nucleus
and copies the DNA code, one
codon at a time. It then exits
the nucleus through nuclear
pores and goes to the
cytoplasm

Translation:
Once mRNA reaches the
cytoplasm, it attaches to the
ribosome, which reads the
mRNA and translates it to
anticodon (tRNA) form. The
tRNA is then translated to
their proper amino
acids, which are then stranded
into complete protiens
