Core Responsibilities:
 All the IL unitsIJPSpocswill be responsible to get an approval from UPAM/intend to release an
IJP.
 HR SPOC hasto submitan IJPtemplate withHROpsteam to create an IJPwithall the mandatory
details such as PU/DU/Stream/Sub-Stream/ Role-Designation/ No. of positions/
Location/Responsibilities/ Qualifications/ Skills.
 IJPOps teamwill postthe IJPas persharedtemplate byunitSpocand talents/aspirantscanview
and apply within timeframe.
 Post last date of application, HR Ops team will pull out report to view how many talents are
applied for and same report will be shared with OD team to check on the eligibility checks.
 OD team will share eligibility list within 2 days: checks will be done on the basis of RM/TE and
last 3Cycles performance.
 Eligible profiles will be downloaded from WITHINFY Tool and will be shared with the Hiring
Manager, they will review all the profiles and they may reject profiles at the screening level
along with he may suggest 2 panelists for technical round of interview.
 IJP Ops team will connect with both panelists for technical round of discussion.
 As per panelist’s availability/ team will block calendar along with candidate for IJP interview.
 Mode of interviewscantake place overTelephonic/F2F/VideoChat.Thiswill be followedasper
standard procedures.
 Post discussion with the candidates panelists/Hiring Manager/ IJP Anchor will set up a call to
finalize winners as per openings.
 As per comments given by Manager/ panelists we will update results on the WITHINFY portal.
For Selectedcase we will writeamail toIJP Spocto get approvalsfromHRBL or DeliveryHeador
JL8.
 Employees from BPO to IL movement we will ask candidate to share some mandatory
documents along with latest photograph and resume dully signed in all the pages.
 Newemployee code andmail IDwill be created and also the compensation will be revised. For
all Onsite IJP’sthere isnopromotion/progression,all onsiteIJP’sare Lateral MovementOnce HR
SPOC shares us the approvals we will send a selection mailer for the selected applicants by
making all the stake holders.
 And transfers/ Role change will be made in every quarter end for all the selects.

 Created SOP to understand process by all the HRDs/ RnR Anchors /Nominator /Evaluator.
 Based on unit Alcon report slots distribution can be done, this distribution will be performed
based on the available budget from finance team.
 Special genericemailIDwill be createdforRnRprograms.Slotswill be uploadedtoportal by the
Tech Team.
 Nomination/ Evaluation windows will be open for 5 working days.
 On daily basis HR ops team will send out Nomination/Evaluation Status report with HR Spocs.
Report will be shared with Nominators/ Evaluators on daily basis.
 Post Evaluation winners list will be verified by all HR spocs and managers. Winners list will be
shared with all the employees as per PU/DU wise.
 Winners list will be shared with PRINTO Team to get certificates printed based on various
categories and Team will Despatch to HR Spoc to verify and Despatch as per location wise.
 HR Spoc needs to cross verify with Invoice Copy and send it Purchase Team for GRN creation.
Winners list will be featured on HOF portals as per category wise.
 For Winnerswe will issue a Flipkart Vouchers based on category wise. Certificates/ trophy will
be distributed in Town Hall.

 Shortlistedcandidateswill be sentvariouslocationsforfinal roundof interview with Managers.
Managers will send selected list with HR team to roll out offer letter.
