- 3. The problem: Water loss High levels of NRW (Non Revenue Water) are detrimental to the financial viability of water utilities. The problem realize in water gauges as: Unmassured real losses (leaks) Apparent Losses (theft & metering inaccuracies)
- 4. Metering inaccuracies Between 5%-15% of unmeasured flow, result in incorrect customer billing The problem increases in developing countries due to layout of piping system and/or age of water gauges.
- 5. Water meters Most of the meters world wide are Multi Jet meters. About 1/3 are Positive Displacement (PD) meters. Our device extends the life span of the PD meter considerably, hence preventing changes in production lines & high costs of field service including meter replacement.

- 13. LFD. Key features: Enables low flow rate reading, and increase water reading by 5%-10% increase revenue for the utility. Increase consumer awareness for leaks & water loss Prevents over billing due to air flow in the pipes. Enabled by functioning as a non-return valve. Unique advantage: Fits easily into existing water network ! ( no need to cut pipes! ) Unique advantage: Low production cost, high TAM values. Global business model: Production licensing fee + royalties.
- 14. TAM Total available market: 700M water meters with a 5 year life cycle. Annual replacement of 70M water meters. 970 water meters manufacturers worldwide. The business strategy is to sign licensing agreements in each market with a key water meter manufacturer.
- 16. Current status & road map The product completed R&D stage and is now ready for commercialization & roll-out. Oct. 2011- Successful conclusion of a pilot installation at a major water utility in Israel. (See attached pilot results & summery) July 2012 – Short & long term tests completion in USA. Technical US regulations approval. first territorial exclusive agreement finalization for North & South America.
