SHELF LIFE EXTENSION OF CORN Shubham Chandra President Chandra Associates
Program Objective: To maintain a quality and freshness of CORN that permits consumption after 16+ days of storage at 34˚F (1.1 ˚C). To prove that designs with a Chandra Associates films (CA Film) generate a shelf life greater than that of design without films (control in air) at a storage temperature of 34˚F (1.1 ˚C). 5 Days After Harvest Designs Tested: A -CA Film in a polyethylene bag with 1.3 kg corn at storage temp B -Control in air - no membrane, with 1.3 kg con at storage temperature CORN TESTING RESULTS

24 DAYS OLD CORN (CA FILM)
Program Test Results The CA films ensured the quality and freshness of corn was maintained and permitted consumption even after 24 days of storage at 34˚F. Proved that designs with a Chandra Associates films (CA Film) generate a shelf life greater than that of design without films (control in air) at a storage temperature of 34˚F. 10 Days After Harvest CORNTESTING RESULTS
