8. I raise difficult issues in a constructive way
9. I listen carefully and give full attention
10. I encourage students to talk and do not interrupt
11. I balance the amount of talking and listening
12. I am open to new ideas
13. I stimulate the students to use their creativity and explore
different solutions
14. I help students to understand cultural issues which may
affect their success
