Clear Document versioning – clients know which is the most recent version. No hunting in inbox. They can also upload a new version at the same time. Are we going to go into Right Signature? If so I would relate to the rule for client agreement and here. Timeline – Clio’s firm feed gives you a clear indication of how often your client is logging in and when, and what they are accessing which can affect how you follow-up accordingly, usually saving you a ton of time.

This letter uses generic merge fields that will pull information specific to your Matter and Client into your document. (show it).
