- 2. 1st Conditional • Expresa lo que ocurrirá si se cumple la condición señalada, y también se utiliza para hacer promesas.
- 3. 1st Conditional • La condición se expresa con if + present simple y el resultado suele ir en futuro con will (o la contracción ‘ll).
- 4. 1st Conditional If you read this book, you’ll like it.
- 5. 1st Conditional • Si la oración comienza por If debemos poner una “coma” entre las dos oraciones.
- 6. 1st Conditional If you are fit, you will go on the mission to Mars.
- 7. 1st Conditional • Para formar la negativa podemos negar el verbo en presente, el verbo en futuro o ambos.
- 8. 1st Conditional If you don’t worry, you’ll be happier.
- 9. 1st Conditional If I go by bus, I won’t arrive on time.
- 10. 1st Conditional If your idea isn’t good, you won’t win any prizes.
- 11. 1st Conditional • En interrogativa se invierte el orden del sujeto y will, y en las respuestas breves usamos will o won’t.
- 12. 1st Conditional Will you lend me your computer if I need it? Yes, I will.
- 13. 1st Conditional • Unless equivale a If not y es una forma de expresar la condición en negativa estando el verbo en afirmativa.
- 14. 1st Conditional I won’t pass my exams unless I study hard.
- 15. 1st Conditional I won’t pass my exams if I don’t study hard.
- 16. 1st Conditional If Tom leaves now, he will arrive home on time.
- 17. 1st Conditional If I get a job, I will buy some new jeans.
- 18. 1st Conditional If I exercise, I will feel more energetic.
- 19. 1st Conditional If he doesn’t pass his exams, he won’t go to university.
