What project does?
Project LiCEA develops and simplifies model of energy audits for SMEs and
their clusters, based on Life Cycle analysis, to ensure energy savings and cost reduction
along the production chain.
Why it does it?
Application of LiCEA tool to SME will identify energy saving opportunities and
thus open possibilities for reductions of energy consumptions and by that reducing
production costs and emissions. Project deals with increasing sustainability and
competitiveness of SMEs and their districts.
Why is it important?
The envisaged energy and cost reduction in industrial production means
