DEVELOPING THE  WORK PROGRAM
Developing the work program Doing something Process up until now has been about aligning IT with the business Now we need to ‘do something’ about implementing the identified processes to the required level of maturity The ‘work program’ is the instrument for this Maturity Assessment Level Description 0 Non-existent 1 Initial/ad hoc 2 Repeatable but intuitive 3 Defined process 4 Managed and measurable 5 Optimised
