2011 book arts lecture codex

Richard Ovenden, Associate Director and Keeper of Special Collections at the Bodleian Libraries of the University of Oxford, gave a lecture on the role of book arts in 21st century research libraries, arguing that libraries must develop a bigger plan to preserve book arts and make them accessible as research resources in the digital age. The lecture was presented at the 2011 Codex Book Fair.
